I am interested in taking up the SPP offer.
The question is how much to invest? There are various boxes to tick up to $30k but the company is looking to raise only $1m with the ability to take some over subscriptions.
The company has the ability of scaling applications based on the number of shares already owned.
I don’t want to put in $30k if there is little chance of getting this level of allocation.
The market cap is currently around $38m and the offer is for $1m. It appears to me that the % allocation per shareholder will be quite low.
