From what I can tell, they paid roughly in the range of what they have paid for things in the past (in terms of EBITDA multiple). The kicker might be that this business is likely affected in the same way from COVID etc (they say as much in the preso) and so the theory goes, its earnings will therefore be artificially depressed and should bounce back in time. If that is right, then given they are paying a sensible price for it, it may mean that this is actually a pretty good deal for them. Certainly the region is a big growth area, so that would support volumes coming back.
