    Not quite, Market cap after new shares issued to new company will mean 16.5cents per share gives a $38.6 Mill Cap , and 23 Mill in the bank.

    Still good news. Shares issued are escrowed for 3 years, so they cant sell.

    still a great space to be in and Merchants are proved with AC8 that this is the real deal.
