No trade on Monday and Tuesday, with the TH lifted on Wednesday to reveal the terms under the CR.
15% discount from today's close puts the CR price at 3.74c.
$8M is expected to be raised which is 20% of the current market cap.
Peloton and Veritas are the lead managers. Peloton didn't decimate the price after listing and Veritas just posted a research note with a projected valuation of 9.2c so whilst there's a lot of money and there will be opportunistic profit taking, Management should have some faith and trust by using them to raise so much cash.
