I respect your financial analysis weekend-cook. I don’t doubt its accuracy. But I draw a different conclusion from yours. I see what Julian has been doing as necessary measures to try and change the direction of the business. Whether he succeeds in that or not can’t be assessed by crunching recent numbers. We’re all just gonna have to wait and see. You might yet be proved quite right.

But I’m glad he’s at least trying to do something. And the signs are that he may be succeeding…we have good momentum across the business now (strong fourth quarter 23/24) , good people in key positions, and our cyber operation is all “set up” to compete in an area which “looks” very promising and “growthy” going forward. So I like that Julian has “moved” and put something in place that at least has a chance to produce much better numbers that the ones you have shown us. I don’t think anyone, you or I, can judge yet if it’s worked or not.
