That is possible, but more likely there are other confirmed subscribers (hopefully some serious funds/instos). It would be unusual to go into a trading halt without having their book pretty much already built.
If the lion's share does go to Kanji I'd be surprised and pretty disappointed, but hey, stranger things have happened. Fingers crossed the market reacts positively on Tuesday.
