re: Ann: ATR: Acquisition and use of technolo... Taking a quick look at ATRs financials, this could be a HUGE opportunity for APG. ATR have $165M in net cash (cash after all liabilities) on the balance sheet (or ~$2.54 a share, when the shares are trading at $1.80!!).

Talk about finding a cashed up start up partner. If ATR and APG can make this work, the possibilities are large for both APG and ATR, particularly in regards to funding future plants!

But anybody with more knowledge of what ATR does or how it can help APG, please post. I just like the cash that ATR have.
