It's not a huge acquisition and it may or may not be profitable. Only time will tell scenario. Not really move the needle on SP scenario. Acquisition for growth bring risks because it is so unknown if it will be successful and integrated well, it can often bring problems. What I don't like is that they used debt to buy it, which is pretty sucky. I don't like debt in this environment.
My opinion for now is "meh" ;-) will be interesting what Mr & Mrs Market think today!
