first of all, it’s ebitda and not npat… so it’s not that unreasonable….
secondly, these founders has a very profitable business that they want to unload maybe due to retirement and it’s hard to sell on market… in fact, there are many businesses that are owned and operated by the older generation selling at lower valuations…
thirdly, we have seen what cda acquired over the past decade and we can say with a high degree of confidence that they are sensible and logical and ethical… they didn’t lie about numbers
