All very valid points
To this point CDA hasn’t given us any reason to doubt acquisition strategy. These little acquisitions are probably weird little companies that are too small for most buyers to care about - good for us!
it is interesting that the earnout is a pretty big % of the potential total price - I wonder if that is due to some uncertainty as to how it might perform? May be misreading this, but I would guess higher upfront/less earnout would usually = expectation of more stability in the business
