Selling virtually the entire company for less that stated NTA and for about 1 year's revenue.
That speaks volumes for management's opinion of GGL's future prospects... not!
This is only a good deal if BPS's share price grows significantly in the future. Maybe that is what GGL's management believes will happen. It certainly appears they are hitching a ride on a new horse and sending the old one to he knackers, so let's hope they're right cause we are being put on the wagon behind the new horse whether we like it or not.
