Does the Giddyup holding intend to sell the 700 m shares they hold post the most recent shareholder notice that saw them reduce by 60m shares ?

Why is the brother of the MD selling?

I agree the stock needs a reconstruct , and a big one , in my opinion a market cap of $8.7m should have have 100 million shares as a maximum so it races at 8.7 /8.8 , so would like to see the stock do a 40 for 1 share reduction to make it easier to value and buy and sell.

A 33% gap between 2 and 3 or a 50% gap between 1 and 2 is ridiculous
