Further research on Priority One (the company going for an IPO in the link you forwarded) does not look very promising, see the article from the Australian; http://www.theaustralian.com.au/business/companies/bizarre-float-left-high-and-dry/story

MOT's "Priority Processing Systems Pty Ltd" I hope is in no way related to "Priority One Solutions" Outside of having a similar name and being in the same space, the issues raised in the Australian article is adversely poignant IMO.

Either way, further information about PPS would be great, like Big Kev, I'm still not excited - but waiting. I'm trying to stay open-minded about this and lend support to the new project (PPS) as this may actually be good for all shareholders, however we wont know until we have a few more details which allows shareholders to do their research before a vote is called.
