Anyone who has done any research into Phil Hoskins & the litany of failure of his mining companies would run a mile from MVL.
IMX Resources- used to be an iron ore producer in South Australia, abandoned when iron ore price fell. Changed strategy to becone Nickel explorer on Tanzania. Found graphene on licence so split company into Indiana Resources (nickel) & Graphex Resources (graphene).
Indiana resources - bungled relationship with Tanzania government, had licences stolen from them. Now acquired new gold licences in South Australia....
Graphex resources - failed to get financing for graphene project, massively diluted by debt arrangements now in process of exiting. Change of strategy again to gold explorer Mali....
All these previous assets had 'exciting prospectus' etc but came to absolutely nothing. They just move from one project to another depending on what commodity is 'hot' at the time, now that's gold.
Avoid Phil Hoskins & any of his company's, the only one who gets rich is Phil Hoskins.
