(plus 9m options existing, and 6m options vendor)
Could look at it with / without performance hurdles. 10mt a 1% exclude, but others are easy
107.5 FP without the MRE.
Large placement at 10c, would be preferred positioning.
Otherwise, keep in mind the green field peers are in the 15m mc zone.
