Significant acquisition :

. + 44 % for development pipeline (2,272 sites).
The number of development sites has doubled since the end of H1 25 when there were only 1,104 units.
It confirms that the company has now large ambitions for its lifestyle (land lease) business.
Aspen is also increasing its bet on WA.
Until H1 25, they had 3 lifestyle villages (cumulated book value of only 27 m$).
They will have now 5 villages, following this acquisition and the one of Ravenswood land.
During H1 25, the 3 lifestyle villages in WA had 246 operational sites + 300 (approved) development sites.
The new villages (Australind and Ravenswood) add 500 development sites.
