LOD were trading at around 18.5 at the time of the announcement so the 400m+ shares would imply a value of around 75m for the 50% stakes in the two projects. LOD current market capitalisation is sub 35m.
The news in the short-term should be interesting i.e. drilling results, placement details and the Independent Expert's report.
