One should be able to crunch that number to work out whether it is paying excessively for outright ownership. Why would G. Baynton sell, if the asset were great? Perhaps he lacks the funds to participate in a large scale drilling program. And, of course, he retains his major interest in the program as a LOD shareholder. It does frustrate me to see on what scale the capital dilution is likely to be. Further shares will no doubt be issue along the way, so eventually we might be looking at a company with 1 billion plus shares (confetti).
