An interesting move to acquire a predominantly pub based portfolio in this climate.
Particularly a portfolio where valuations have been lifted since the start of the pandemic.
A strong core asset base, with good long term prospects, but returns will inevitably fluctuate as trading restrictions continue.
Lets hope NSW/VIC are in for a summer of beers at the pub!
