Pescefritte.. imo i believe that a takeover may be a real possibility.. 50/50 split with GCN (IPSHK)same amount of shares etc etc.. listing price 30c then P1 would most definitely not want the other half of their venture wollowing around the 1c region, this would be an instant drag on P1s value.. i wouldnt be surprised if a take over offer surfaces when ASIC give the all clear or soon after.. P1 could sell what parts of GCN they dont want/need to help square up the TO..

Just to add, P1 may have an updated valuation that may also surface before listing.. after all its been over 12mnths since the last one and theyve added more value in that time.
