Whats the term called when if a couple does a take over, instead of shelling out coin to actually buy them out they offer stock.. for example if this take over was to occur, those holding say 1m GCN would now hold 1m P1s.. im sure theres a term for it.. now obviuosly that would devalue P1 down from 30c but if a much higher Val was to eventuate then its all null n void isnt it.??
