I believe it still depends on the situation of the accusition. In this case I believe it would be called a Merger.

This would be the only way for P1 to takeover GCN, as according to their prospectus they wouldn't have enough cash to out-right buy GCN anyway.

You spoke about devalueing P1 stock by this, but I think P1 shareprice, if it lists, will quickly fall from 30c anyway.

For a few reasons:

1.) 100million ticked off GCN holders with free shares lol
2.) Multiple more parties with free shares
3.) No income yet, and their business model won't happen overnight (still don't know why they cant do business pre-listing?)
