It's true. But the more of these companies that move into countries like the DRC and start making 100's of millions of dollars a year which some of will be pumped back into the economy as tax, as paid workers, as improvement of infrastructure etc. will help these nations become less poor and war-torn.
If Chinese partners are willing to take on the sovereign risk and have experience working there as well as management like Klaus I am sure they can figure out effective risk mitigation.
