We don't know the details about how en when Cominiere ended the contract with MMCS. All I can say is that, when looking at the announcements of AVZ since September, a new deal for the Manono area was already a long time in the making. And both Eckhof and Dathomir were sitting at the table from the moment MMCS was out of the picture.
Having said that, I understand what you mean. You are right when you talk about selling 60% to AVZ. All I can say is that apparently both Cominiere and Dathomir believe Eckhof is the best exploration and development partner for this massive project.
