The acquisition allows JAT to take control of the supply chain of one of its major growing products. As a result, JAT will eliminate reliance on contract manufacturers for its milk powder products, it will increase its profits by capturing the manufacturer’s margin and business risk will be reduced.
Sounds good to me also like the part about selling Lactoferrin products to other producers, should add a few bucks to the kitty. Not having to wait their turn from 3rd parties is a big bonus.
