Yes also is it just me or did u find the terms of the deal and price quite pleasing? Management is defs making the right decisions here. Wilton seems like he is steering this ship in the right direction. Unlike wha who paid 55m for their plant approx 14 million im very happy with. And I don't mind not owning 100% of it as it aligns our goals and theirs together. 70% is great
