BUBS canning facility has the capacity to process 10 million tins with its existing production line and could doublecapacity with incremental capital expenditure in the future, if required. They paid 25 million upfront and another 15 million in bonus if performance targets are met which means 40m essentially for 100% of the plant.
I believe JAT got a great deal 70% for 14 million, would be good to see an announcement next week detailing how many cans we can produce etc and once the VWAP period is over.
