Yes thats correct. November options have a 6c price so...u can exercise ur options any time but usually options arnt exercised untill price is well above 6c. Ur not going to exercise ur options at 6c when u can buy on market for say 5.5c. Or for that matter ur wont exercise at say 6.5 because that doesnt leave much room if the stock price falls. JAT would really need to be sitting at say 8c or above to justify exercising options.

After November 17 or 19 the true picture will emerge of how many shares are on market and that will give investors clarity over the market cap.

Btw i hate options, they confuse things and i also hate delution. The more shares on offer the more delution to the stock price. Cash or debt is a better way to go.
