Yep fully agree with your sentiments. GUMTREE and the errors in that advert make look like it was written by a 7 year old. I just can not believe that the intelligent people would advert on Gumtree for models. They will do the photo shoot in the tiny office on toorak road. A company run by amateurs makes amateur moves IMO.
