maybe saturated, then if we treat all of the James Bay hopefuls as a homogeneous bunch, you would expect equilibration- all those ~50 mill MC stocks come back a bit, maybe to 25 mill MC, and we should rise 3-4 bags to 25 mill MC too, then all the players valued evenly.
reality will be more granular than that of course, based on local factors, but it's too big a disparity currently -either they come down to sub-10 mill MC, or we are going to rise.
