Yes when things get started this can move very quickly on small volumes with a very small retail register of only 25% .
It's been a sleeper for many years with the top 20 holding a big chuck of the register and 9 million dollars is just a drop in the bucket at a share price of 3 cents with a CR of 300 million shares they would have the 9 million dollars and 2.4 million still in the back .
