Its a pretty nice high risk high reward partial acquisition.
in my opinion the two things holding this back are that its going to take 4 months to get this thing happening (we all know that shareholders want instant success), and tmk has to contribute $9 million and they are thinking, where the hell is tmk going to get $9 million bucks from?
I think the acquisition is a cracker myself and think we should be trading closer to double the market cap, but maybe this will happen when we get closer to drill date and have more certainty re funds.
