The other reason that AMA can do these sorts of deals is that they are from the trade and well known and the vendors that have done the golden handcuff deals have really benefitted, eg Phil Mundays RMA business's.
These guys have timed it to perfection and have an unstoppable formula for bolt ons and the better the vendors do the more quality people get on board.
