A stat like that forms a large part of the basis of the investment thesis for AMA.
For, paradoxically, the more challenged industry conditions become, the greater the propensity is for capital to leave the industry, and the less discerning the terms become under which that capital departs (i.e. the less indiscriminate vendors, who simply want to get out, want for their businesses.)
Which explains why AMA have been able to pick these things up at 2.0x EBITDA
