I have bolded some key words. Particularly AT THIS STAGE. Meaning GOR have capped themselves at 19.99% otherwise they would have had to show their cards. However they also reserve the right to increase their holding, make a JV, an outright takeover or some other investment.
I have no doubt GOR want DEG and are looking to whatever means they can. The next 3 months should clarify things..
