I guess the scary thing for me is how they can so easily use "Call and Put" options to avoid continuous disclosure, so could easily stalk another 10-15% of DEG via a sneaky partner like CS via gradual acquisition before laying down their hand and making a T/O bid to grab the rest of the shares from a position of significant advantage, without triggering a T/O bid at 20% holding beforehand.

Seems this is a legal loophole to avoid the normal provisions of disclosure, but hopefully, like the shorters, there will be enough re-evaluation of the SP of DEG following more discovery or the upcoming Feasibility Study to burn someone like CS in the process, rather than retail holders. At present, having Ed and Bruce on the board is a significant problem, because both now work for Gold Road so their internal knowledge of the progress on both discovery and FS results puts Gold Road at a very significant advantage over everyone else in this cat and mouse stage of overall valuation of DEG. I'm very keen to ride DEG to the next level given there are still potentially multiples to be made on the current SP, but this wont happen if Gold Road force another script for script takeover like they did with DGO.
