Yeah I don't like it, there is so much work to do to get all the ducks in a row for this deal to proceed and straight after the Binding agreement we see an announcement thatJocelyn's mob are getting handed another 10m CDI's plus 20m Options. So much for no more dilution, I think we all need to keep our eyes wide open with this deal.
