re: Ann: Acquisition of Adjoining Botswana Co... I agree, great acquisition. The interesting thing here is that the huge beneficiary of the JORC will be the Walkabout people who are sitting on lots of Class A and Class B shares which will convert at the ruling market price , so they have absolutely no incentive to bid the share price up at this stage as they would get fewer shares issued to them . The fun will start after the Class A and Class B shares are converted.
