    Lindsay Owler was almost/practically single headedly driving the Zambian and other ARE(now ORP) ventures. After drilling completed and then after ARE "failed to submit renewal documents" for the renewal of and subsequently "losing" licence for the tenement, then Lindsay Owler resigned (& not much has happened since). As of the time of his resignation he had full knowledge about the data and whereabouts of the drill cores, which ARE shareholders were never told what happened to.
