With Sinomine resources at 5.1% share holding and the only current Ceasium supplier world wide it would create a lot of internal friction if PSC and LPD did JV their respective lepidolite resources. A byproduct of LPD ‘s chemical process is Ceasium and Rubidium salts. LPD is currently the only JORC Ceasium resource aside from Sinomine’s. PSC’s Omaruru project will be the next JORC Ceasium/ Rubidium resource.
Hope they don’t have leverage at board level.
