Hello. I tried my best to browse this company's announcements. They appear to be trading on their past reputation of selling the lithium project and paying out a dividend. I didn't see much value in their current lithium projects. At 9 cents, it seems the acquisition will cost the company around 28 million extra shares plus $8.3M in cash. At appears today, including the acquisition, the cash balance will be around $10M. The market cap at 9 cents, including performance shares, $45M. Therefore, at 9 cents, the projects are valued at $35M. ARE/ORP had this project for a decade with Barrick down the road, who appeared to never come knocking on the door. This said, the shape of the deposit has always looked reasonable thus mineable. Possibly the grade, scale and shape of the deposit is not large enough for a major project (looks like depth of 100 metres)? Who knows? I do not know.
