I've been looking into gold more recently since this deal went through.

We need a lot more info on grades etc to do a property comparison but the gold story is an interesting one to watch.

Video below discussing the correlation between lithium and gold. Essentially stocks generally follow the commodity price which isn't a huge revelation.

however, gold recently hasn't followed and lithium has over stepped it's valuations.

there's an argument to be made that gold is due for a correction/bull run.

the only issue is the market currently doesn't care.

but I can see why the directors are buying - they can see a potential gold future and probably have better insight into what we've got here at TKM.

Im cautiously watching when more news comes out.

personally I think gold is a long hold to get returns and likely the market won't care until gold projects are a lot closer to production.

however there could be a huge run on good gold projects if the conditions remain in place for gold and the market wakes up.

an interesting space to be in nonetheless.
