If we assume the current SP is not a true reflection of the value of Shambesai then a cap raise to go to Africa is in fact destroying shareholder value by effectively selling off Shambesai cheap to buy alternative assets.
Then again, destroying value and diluting shareholders into oblivian seems to be this company's forte.
