The presence of RSG is strange but changes the game, perhaps they are not just grasping @ straws.
Its good to see a bit of life it the stock after so long.
As a long term holder i was very skeptical of this deal because of the dilution but its looking like it was their only option to move forward.
A long way to go, but at least there is some light at the end of the tunnel.
