raks or anyone else knowledgeable about Tasman

can you tell me anything about the corporate background of Tasman

The director - Gilmour - was MD of rift valley that merged with brightstar and then seemed to disappear

but weirdly Rift Valley was oroginally names Tasman Goldfields until name was changed in 2010 to Rift Valley resources

Now there's a Tasman Goldfields yet again on the bourse and Im trying to figure out if this is a new shell or the same old vehicile being reheated?

Rift Valley apparently proved very spivvy back 2012 - lot of bs about being into production shortly that never took place

But anyway - just like to know whats what here.
