Waldo 1 - yes, you are eligible for shares in the IPO, and PNE will be re-named European Lithium. If you had shares in GSZ, you should've been issued an equal number of European Lithium, after GSZ were de-listed on the ASX.
If you have the GSZ share certificate, send a copy to Cape Lambert and European Lithium admin, and they'll advise on how to get the European Lithium share certificate.
Best do it ASAP, as it takes some time.
