No, the total costs is $3m + 5.7m TG6 shares.
Nevertheless, looks decent acquirement. Yes, the grades are low, but they are all shallow, therefore has to be oxide, easy to mine and recover gold.
The doubt is that the area has been explored by multiple companies without proceeding. We'll need some luck to increase the scale.
More importantly, there seems no mentioning of Lithium right. Will TG6 be entitled with 80% right if we find Lithium there as well? If yes, that's much much better. Let's keep fingers crossed.
