Well, I'm not surprised someone is scooping them up at these levels (I have been one of them); I'd be interested to know who's selling, though, given that 1) substantial shareholders (who own 75% or so) seem to be holding tight and 2) there is no reported short interest (from either ASIC or ASX). In terms of news flow, the most recent info I've found (which for some reason is not showing up in their ASX announcements) is that they've won an EPCM contract with Red Eagle Mining in Colombia (on a US$65mm project financing, to give you a sense of size); here's the link:
