It is a positive annoucement adding to their portfolio of subsidiaries and building upon the life science key verticals to better compete and stay above competitors. Not trying to spruik this up but has anyone checked out salesforce subsidiaries? They are global. BTH following similar route. With the price they acquired this it was peanuts and adds to their bottom line. Retaining the entire Agnitio staff and having set conditions for a payout of various sums provides an incentive for Agnitio to hit key targets/revenues. I like it alot! With depressed shareprice-presents opportunities for the LT investors.
