Looks like a good deal to me at c. 2-3 x ARR, with a good incentive structure.
If BTH can build out their capability into big industry verticals by a series of small acquisitions like this, that would be very smart.
As important as the acquired ARR are the specialist teams who understand how selling and e-CRM in such an important vertical works. It will be interesting to see how many stay on beyond a year.
Overall, I see this as a positive.
